I found a great affordable pair with Lacy's help and patience. Lacey was knowledgeable and kind. In the meantime, my daughter was interested in a snowboard Barbie. Lacy was very tolerant with my daughter's requests and made sure she gave us the background on each Barbie. I came into the store for a new pair of gloves out of necessity and left with two adorable hats, a snowboarding Barbie for my six-year-old , a great pair of gloves and a positive experience. This is the one store we always stop in when we visit VT each year!!!
