- PHPatrick HarneyFeb 2, 20225.0Been hitting The Grind for years. They do great work and are super helpful. They always do their best to have my skis ready when I want them and are flexible if my plans change. Ceramic honing to a factory edge.
- NPNicholas PappasDec 14, 20211.0Horrible customer service, I went in the other day to get my NEW skis and bindings mounted. The man helping had an attitude the whole time and it took over 2 hours which isn’t even my complaint. When I came to pick them up and pay the man charged me $60 for the mount (quite pricey but still not my complaint) and $10 for repairs. I asked “why is there a repair charge?” (Justified question being that my equipment was brand new) his answer was “Just put your card in.” I was shocked and didn’t even know how to answer, who even says that. Would never recommend this shop to anyone knowing it employs such a lousy employee. Also there are many local shops around the mountain with great customer service and better prices.
