I ordered through the QR code just nachos and a kids chicken tenders and 30 minutes later not even our drinks arrived. Went up to the counter and multiple plates are sitting under the heat lamp and I see ours. A guy gets us them and the nachos looked disgusting and were soggy because they’ve probably been sitting most of that 30 minutes. And when we first arrived the lady said our server would help get kids slide and get the bumpers up, and after 6 minutes of just waiting I went over to the counter and she was just chatting with someone else and had no intention of coming over. It wasn’t that busy.

However after the renovation they completely ruined the experience by shoving 100" screens right in front of all the lanes. Its the most distracting thing ever and makes it almost impossible to bowl. It's like im surrounded by slop ticktok shorts for the entire hour I am there. Absolutely ruined the whole experience for me. I go here to bowl, not to watch junk social media shorts.
