On two occasions, they ordered the wrong cleats for my pedals. They assured me, on the third attempt, that they ordered Look-branded KEO non-grip 0-degree cleats. They were neither Look-branded nor non-grip. I would've been fine if the item I was looking for was not available, but what an absolute waste of time shopping at this store turned out to be, which is not in a convenient location. It took me all of 10 minutes to find what I was looking for online, so if you cannot even provide good service, why does your store exist?

I normally do not trust or leave reviews for anything in this age of too much misinformation but I had to go out of my way for this one. I've had great experiences with Robin, Macon, and others before. Today, Christian went above and beyond to help quickly fix my wife's old bike and showed and explained everything he did professionally. What a legend.
