    The gentleman I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I needed a new bike for my 9-year-old for Christmas. He explained ALL my options and helped me find the perfect bike for my son. I especially enjoy the "buyback" program that allots a certain amount towards a new bike when it is time to upgrade and donating the "old bike" to charity.
