Besides being clean they have plenty of bowling balls to choose from, they offer a variety of food and drinks, Have an arcade and the staff is simply amazing. Every time I have been there, I have been greeted with a smile and a genuine respect that they are happy to see us. Brennan is the most friendly, Kind hearted empathetic human being I’ve come across in this current world we live in. He is always willing to take the extra steps to make sure we receive incredible service during the time we are there. Whether it’s bring us a A cup of water help finding the right bowling ball or just a simple smile he always makes our experience fun. Last week I went with some friends for the night bowling special (what an amazing deal). Christopher, the general manager happened to be there that night, and he also treated us with the utmost respect and kindness. He even checked on us to make sure everything was running smoothly. What a nice guy. For those who want to go bowling this is the place to go. For those who want to experience, general empathy, kindness, morality, and just good people I would highly recommend going to Bowlero West End

The lanes do lock up sometimes and you have to keep calling an employee to fix them and their mixed drinks that they have are pretty awful. They taste of little to no alcohol and just of pure sugar and syrup mix. The pool table area is amazing and there are few other business in Richmond that have that many pool tables that aren't clouded by cigarette smoke. Even after all these years it's still super fun to go here with friends!
