  Great place to bowl! Clean and neat place, they even have a small little arcade. Pool tables near the bar side are always a good time

  I’m very disappointed with the experience my group had at this bowling alley. We arrived with a mix of adults and children and asked for two lanes. We were told only one lane was available, although several appeared open. While we stepped aside to briefly decide how to proceed, the employee informed us that another nearby bowling alley had changed its hours and closed earlier, which influenced our decision to stay. However, when we returned to take the lane and asked a simple question about availability, the employee abruptly changed his response, stated that no lanes were available, and told us to leave, saying he “didn’t have to deal with this.” We ultimately went to the other bowling alley anyway and confirmed their hours had not changed—they were still open until 1 a.m.—which means we were given inaccurate information. There was no prior interaction that would justify this shift in behavior. The inconsistency and tone of the interaction were concerning, and as a group of Black customers, the experience raised serious concerns about potential bias in how we were treated. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses both the professionalism and fairness of customer interactions moving forward.

  ZERO STARS Manager William demonstrated extremely poor customer service and communication skills. It’s also concerning that this business could not provide any documentation of its refund policy. Our group was told we had to move because only seven people were actively bowling. William stated that only those seven could remain seated, and everyone else had to leave the tables since they were not bowling. This was frustrating, especially considering we had already ordered food and paid nearly $40 for bowling games. When we requested a refund for the food, he initially refused—despite the fact that we never received it and were leaving. It was only after we repeatedly explained that no service had been provided that he reluctantly addressed the issue. We then asked for a refund for the unused bowling games, and he stated that they do not offer refunds for bowling. However, when we asked to see the policy, he claimed there was no physical copy available. He provided a corporate phone number, but when we spoke to a representative, we were told that the individual we dealt with did not even work for Bowlero. Ultimately, we were informed that we would not be receiving a refund. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.
