  We had an incredible experience here that truly exceeded expectations. We were in the middle of a road trip when my wife had to pull over for a business meeting, so I needed to get our three kids out of the car. We arrived about 30 minutes before opening, not expecting much—but what happened next really stood out. One manager initially let us know they weren’t open yet, but another manager stepped in, checked with the team, and made the decision to open the doors early just for us. That level of customer care is rare and says a lot about how they treat people. For about 30 minutes, we had the entire bowling alley and arcade to ourselves. My kids had an amazing time, and what could’ve been a stressful stop turned into a special memory for our family. This place is more than just a bowling alley—it’s a full entertainment experience. From the modern bowling lanes and vibrant lighting to the arcade and overall atmosphere, everything is designed for families and groups to have a great time. The facility was clean, well-kept, and had a great energy to it. But what really made the difference was the customer service—genuine, thoughtful, and going above and beyond when they didn’t have to. If you’re anywhere near the area, this is definitely the place to be. Be sure to use Google Maps to find the location, get directions, and check out nearby parking options. We’re very thankful for how we were treated and we’ll absolutely be back.

  So much fun! Clean atmosphere. Friendly staff always ready to help. Good food. Highly recommend whether it’s date night or family night!

  We came for my 4 year old nephew’s b-day at 4:00 and there were maybe 2 other people bowling. I was approached by management for having a caffeine free diet pepsi. I had to explain that I cannot drink what you offer. On my way out I go up to apologize for my caffeine free diet Pepsi and I see multiple people shooting pool with hidden cups and I mention that and ask if that’s okay and the manager acts completely ignorant. I manage outings for different businesses and I will never recommend this location.
