  Great selection, good customer service . Just had to find from route 7. Google map shows the back of the hospital by you need to go further in the service road up the hill to see the store

  I went to look for some sneakers and the woman sales person in the downstairs shoe department didn’t acknowledge my existence in the store which was a red flag to take my business elsewhere.

  I arrived at 7:47 PM and was told the store was already closed (they claimed 7:45), even though multiple customers were still inside shopping. I politely asked to come in for just one minute, but I was refused. Immediately after I left, two other customers were allowed in. When I questioned this, the same person identified herself as the manager (“Mara”) and stated she can allow some customers in and deny others. This is clearly inconsistent, unfair, and unacceptable behavior. It raises serious concerns about how customers are treated at this location. Also, the posted closing time is 8:00 PM, which directly contradicts what I was told. Avoid this store if you expect fair and respectful treatment
