I spent an hour and a half here with my daughter tonight and spent about $150. Apparently tonight was play two games get the third free but since I didn’t ask for that when I got my shoes I wasn’t able to get the special. Which in my opinion is pretty ridiculous because it was advertised throughout the establishment. So, 3 games cost us $50 without the advertised nightly special that he wouldn’t let us partake in. We spent another $80 on 2 entrees, 1 order of fries, a soda and two beers plus 20% tip. We wanted to spend $10 on some games but he rang me up for $20 instead. (This was the second time he apparently misheard me, I forgot to mention he gave me a pair of shoes 3 sizes too small off the break) Our server at the lane was good but the older guy at the register made me a tad sour. After I called him out for my 3 grievances (all of which were due to him) he gave us $10 in game money. That doesn’t not make up for the $15 he overcharged us for the lane or the $10 overcharge in game money. I should’ve put up more of a dispute but I had my kid with me so I was more polite than I should have been. I’ll still be back since it’s conveniently located but will be better prepared for poor customer service. Probably eat somewhere first too. Definitely avoid service from the old head and ask questions about specials just in case that is some sort of ridiculous policy. I really think that was just him though, like who does that?

Was a very odd and disappointing experience. Got there early before my nephews bday party and found neither of the card machines worked to fill their arcade cards. When our lane was ready for us to bowl, it took over 15 minutes for someone to come take our order. Due to the kiosk ordering screens at the lanes not working apparently. We were told, these screens do not order, which is why I am here." from out waitress. We then ordered the sampler platter at the beginning of our first game and the food never arrived. We went to the bar to ask about it and watched the server input our order. Then after our second game we had realized no food was delivered still. When I approached the bar she said she would now go look for it. Between the equipment not working and very poor service and customer service.... I will not be returning to this establishment ever...

Walked up at opening with no reservations and they worked us in. Good food (pizza) and soda pitcher deal. Service was good, checked in numerous times. Definitely an improvement over previous times. Happy we went today!

My relative booked a birthday party for kids which consisted of 2 large pizzas, fries, lemonade, and water. Only 4 out of 10 kids showed up. We had to wait an additional 10 minutes from the reservation time (no big deal). The issue came when adults wanted to eat pizza and the lady serving the table came over very unprofessional stating adults could not eat any of the pizza (or a fee would be charged) because it was a kids’ birthday party and ment for kids only but we were allowed to drink water, lemonade and even play bowling. They had a separate menu with only large party trays ($60+) that she kept coming several times asking if we wanted to order from. Right in front of us was the single item menu that she said was only for “display” and we could not order single items. I would have ordered a single item for myself but not a full tray. At the end of the party the same lady told us our time was almost up. We had to remind her we started 10 minutes late so she gave us the additional 10 minutes. We were allowed to take the leftover food from the “birthday party.” No where does it state this food is to only be eaten by kids when booking. If we would have known at the time of booking this experience would have been different. We had considered this place for my son’s birthday but not after this experience. For $300+ there are better places for birthday parties. I would give it a 0 rating but giving it 2 stars due to two very nice ladies at the arcade.

Who has a re-launch party, requires people to secure tickets in advance, ignores those who actually have the tickets, makes people wait almost two hours for a lane, and then denies the food specials once you get your lane because it’s past the 12-3pm window (when you arrived at 12:45). This place! Edit: Their response shows exactly what kind of customer service they offer. Rather than call me directly (they have my contact information from the tickets), they want me to jump through more hoops. No thanks. I'll just take my business elsewhere.
