  Lane kept breaking and not putting all the pins back or just not putting any back at all. Food also took a very long time to come. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

  I reserved a lane for me and my son. Online reservation was pretty straightforward and easy. When we arrived the gentleman behind the counter barely acknowledged us. After asking for my name and shoe sizes just wrote our lane # on a piece of paper and said have fun. No directions, didn't ask if we have any questions, etc. I guess he assumed we've been there before? We got to our lane and ordered our food and drinks using the QR code on the menu. There were no servers to be found and we weren't told to do anything different. After waiting over 30 minutes the food came out, but we still had to wait for 2 sodas and 2 waters. The food was luke warm at best so it had to be sitting in the window/pass for an extended period. Then for the rest of our 1 hour plus time on the lane we were never checked on. A server never came back to check on us, ask if we needed a refill, or needed anything else. I watched the 2 servers, they only paid attention to cleaning up, turning the lane over or whoever was at the bar. This was absolutely a horrible experience. My son wanted to play games after. Several of the games were out of service and while I do not expect the prizes to be world class, they were disappointing with a very limited selection. They need to do better if they want us to keep paying money for worn out lanes, mediocre food that is very overpriced, and a lackluster experience. Very disappointed overall in our night.

  Nice facility but the service isn't great and food is way too expensive. They seem to think that they're serving fine dining cuisine. It's pizza, appetizers, and drinks. Get over yourselves.

  I always wanted to go this place and the experience was awful we got there and the manager told us to wait approximately 30 minutes and we decided to wait and then after 2 hours of waiting we saw white people were the only ones getting lanes and since we were the only Latino crowd they did not want us to give us a lane, we spoke with the manager and he said those people got reservations and we have to wait without even he apologize with us, a friend asked a guy playing if he made a reservation and the answer was no, they got them waiting only for 15 minutes and even they got there after us, So it makes me believe that this is not a place for diversity but only for white people. Latinos Stay away from this place.

  The elder at the front should not be left alone to check in or check out anyone. She took my name and number down and I got a text that I was on a wait list (she had estimated a 25 minute wait, no problem). 40 minutes later we go up to ask how much longer they expected the wait to be. “We don’t have you in the system.” How? I received a text that I was on a wait list? Thankfully someone else took us right away and got us squared away. The bowling itself leaves a lot to be desired but it is what it is. There’s a promo for 50% off a third game that the elder at the front didn’t want to honor for us because we didn’t bring it up at the beginning? I’m sorry, but what difference does that make? You completely forgot to add us to the waitlist so we waited around for nothing. Definitely lacking customer service. Don’t bother coming here, we sure won’t be anymore.
