  We were in town for a soccer tournament and came here for a team outing. I had called ahead and they had a whole area set up for us including our team name spelled out in light up letters. Really great service and good food.

  Incredible experience! Very smooth, not busy, reasonably priced. Food got out around ~25 min later per item but to be fair it seemed like only one cook was working. All in all, service was great and the lady at the front counter was very friendly. Coming more often for sure!

  The front desk, the manager as it said on his tag was rather unfriendly. Seemed as if it was an inconvenience to help us. And he was rather short, I’d go again but I’d love to see him show the same enthusiasm as Kelly the server who helped us at our lane.

  Unfortunately this was not the experience we were expecting after reading all the great reviews, thanks to Lowen. We came in to bowl, started bowling, and completed 2 full games. For those 2 games, we did not have our bowling shoes on. We had on closed toed tennis shoes, some bowling alleys allow this so after completing 2 games and also seeing other people wearing their regular, closed toed shoes, we assumed this was okay here as well. As we started our 3rd game, our lane shut off and stopped working. We went to ask for assistance and the man behind the counter VERY rudely said “I’ll turn it on when you put your shoes on”. Completely understandable we need to wear the bowling shoes, we should have known that, but there was no need for the hostility and rudeness. We put on our shoes and continued playing, and our server came to us and apologized because she could see he was being very rude (2 stars here only because she was wonderful. She was so very sweet and attentive). To make matters worse, there were multiple people around us bowling without their bowling shoes on, and nothing was said. Being the only people of color in a place does not need to be met with the hostility that was clearly not a practice towards anyone else there. Needing to wear bowling shoes at a bowling alley is no problem at all, but the way Lowen handled this truly ruined our experience here.
