Rumble Boxing Falls Church is a boxing-inspired fitness boutique that combines the science of boxing with the transformative power of strength training. Each class is a 45-minute, high-octane 10 round fight with HIIT, metabolic conditioning, and the benefits of cardio in one seamless class. No two workouts are the same—so you'll never get bored—and the classes are beginner friendly so you can rumble at your own pace.
I've been attending Rumble for a month now and can say without a doubt that that I love it. First off, they made it easy to sign up. For my first month, I got eight additional classes for free. This allowed me to try almost every teacher and every class type. Once my month was almost up, the manager called me to see how I liked it and if I wanted to keep my membership level the same. I appreciate places and people that still make phone calls and check in especially in the early stages.
Secondly, it's a good boxing workout that gets the job done. All the trainers are great. They demo all the punches at the beginning and throughout the class. I recently discovered the straight up boxing class though and that's my favorite. I like that the trainer, Brad, provides feedback when he can. I boxed many, many years ago and always got constant feedback on my form from my trainer. Also, you have a lot more time on the bag to practice your form and footwork. I like this class so much that I went to a 6:30pm class which is unheard of for me!
Finally, they have so many class options. As someone who doesn't have the usual 9-5 schedule, it can be challenging to find places that accommodate the need for early and midday workouts. They have early morning, morning, and midday classes during the week. Rumble checks all the boxes for me.

Love this community and so thankful to have it as part of my health journey. As a busy health care professional I’ve always struggled with fitting in the 150 min/week of exercise I tell my patients to do in my own life until I found Rumble. The instructors are super encouraging and enthusiastic especially towards someone who is not super athletic. You go at your own pace and the darkened lights help you feel not as self conscious. Love the different music and themes. Management and front desk staff are friendly and have been so understanding when unable to make classes due to illnesses. Working out actually feels fun here and I always leave feeling great (and sore after) ☺️ thanks Rumble family !

I've been going to Rumble now for almost two and a half months. I absolutely love it. It's the only thing I feel like I can keep doing to keep my attention. The group setting pushes you but you can work at your own speed. I love each of the instructors that I take regular classes with. They bring their own style and flare to class. I genuinely get bummed out if I have to miss a class with them. But all the instructors & staff are friendly and welcoming. I'm actually excited to go to class in 20 degree weather at 6am.

I cannot say enough about Rumble! Every session is so much fun and is always a killer workout. And bonus, the coaches are all amazing and so engaging. I love the combination of work on the bag and conditioning. It makes the 45 minutes fly by. I always leave with way more energy than when I got there! I highly recommend stopping in and giving it a try.
