She was patient, kind, and so helpful with every question we had. Thanks to her, everything was perfectly planned and ready for us when we arrived. A very special thank you to the general manager, Mr. Sosthene Kah, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the celebration. Ms Segen with her hospitality, warm attitude, and attention to detail made our experience unforgettable. You can really feel how much they care about the families who come in. The lanes were clean, the food was great, and the atmosphere was full of fun energy. The kids had an absolute blast, and the adults enjoyed themselves just as much! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our special day. Thank you, Ms. Ashley and Mr. Sosthene Kah,and Ms Segen, for making our celebration extra special. We can’t wait to come back for more family fun!

The staff was friendly, and thankfully, it wasn’t too busy in the afternoon, so the kids enjoyed the arcade and we did several rounds of bowling. We were there for a birthday party and the nephews and nieces had a good time. The adults were able to hang at the bar and the drinks weren’t too pricey. A very good spot for parties if you have a large family to entertain.

Anything we asked for was brought to us right away, and everyone went above and beyond to make sure the party ran smoothly. A special thank-you to the manager, Lubin, who worked closely with me to adjust our lane times so our guests could start bowling at different times. They accommodated everything without hesitation. The food was delicious, freshly made, and served hot. Our guests couldn’t get enough. Not a bite was left! The staff even helped us set up the food, and it looked fantastic. Needless to say, our birthday girl and all our guests had an amazing time. She’s already asked to have her next birthday here again! We’re also really looking forward to seeing the renovations and can’t wait to come back soon. Highly recommend! 🎳🎉
