Definitely reserve ahead (especially on a rainy day). The facility is in the process of being renovated, so bring a little patience. The staff is amazing, hard working, and so friendly! Great experience!

Manger wanted to put 6 people on one lane while multiple double lanes available, wouldn’t recommend. Stick to Lucky Strikes!

I had a very disappointing experience here due to a lack of transparency and poor customer service. We came in for a "2 games, 3rd game 50% off" deal. Before we started, the staff member at the desk explicitly told us we would settle the bill at the end. However, after we finished our games and went to pay, a different staff member told us the discount didn't apply because we didn't "prepay." It felt like a classic bait-and-switch. We were then rushed through the checkout process while frustrated, which led to a major mistake: in the confusion and rush to leave, my friend accidentally tipped $45 on a bill that shouldn't have been that high to begin with.

We liked the changes in the staff (more friendly and service-,oriented) and the tableside service. We didn't like the space allotted for each party; it is too small. Some group's seats were away from the action, so people were standing around by the balls. Benches to put on shoes and wait would be much better.

This place might look nice with the remodel but it’s lost all community and care with the new ownership. Had the CRAZIEST experience there last night where the dude running things behind the counter (large man w a buzz cut) made multiple errors and then was very combative and unhelpful when asked to adjust things. First and foremost they decided to cut the mechanic who works behind the pins at like 9 - 2 hours before closing - so if anything goes wrong with the lane and it taking your ball (we brought our own) there’s nothing they can do. What kind of nickel and diming bs is that? You’re a bowling alley!!!!! It’s like your only job to make the lanes run! We had already paid for all night bowling so we were stuck with it basically. No mention of this issue when we were reserving our lanes, and no mention of a refund when saying ‘hey good luck’ if your ball gets eaten. Of course, they shut down the lane right at 11, while my buddy is already mid toss. The lane holds the ball and so we ask can we please have someone go help get it out. Dude says sorry come back and get it tomorrow…but like with this weird tone like we should know better then to toss our bowling balls down the bowling alley. Super confrontational and he took real pleasure saying he wasn’t going to go get my buddy’s ball. Now my friend has to come back the next day to get it. absurddddd. Oh this same guy also overcharged me for my lane initially, and when I pointed it out, he told me he couldn’t refund me. Again with the weird energy like no I will not help you resolve this problem I created. He then reimbursed me with arcade credit lmao. Finally - this bowling alley does not actually oil their lanes regularly, which causes you to bowl like garbage. It’s the most simple thing they should do for how much they charge to bowl, but again here they cut corners. My buddies and I have been coming here since we’re were literally children when it was bowl America. New ownership has changed the energy and lost some lifelong customers. Trash lanes. Go to Fairfax or Reston lanes to avoid this gentrified bowling nonsense with no soul. I’ll be calling corporate too. Ciao!
