  The place has decent Lanes, the average customer here is wonderful. I met a pretty nice guy at the lake next to me and I normally meet pretty kind people every time I go here with friends or even alone. It's a little bit more expensive than I'm used to at about $28 for two people for one game shoes included but it is fair. But one thing I can't leave out is that every summer they have their summer past deal where you pay about $50 and you could bowl two games, get free shoe rentals and a $5 game card every visit with a discount on food. You really can't beat that at a bowling alley if you bowl frequently. If you have kids during the summer, definitely look this deal up

  We visited the Charlottesville location yesterday and while we had lane malfunction issues the staff was above and beyond. The servers were attentive and helpful, the lady at the counter was great and the manager on duty, Justine went above and beyond to be not only accommodating but also make up for the issue. This was the best customer service that I have seen in any establishment in quite a while!

  This bowling alley has gone to downhill. The equipment malfunctioned non stop on lane after lane. They moved us to a different lane, after 15+ calls for service on the first one, then we had about 10+ calls for service on the second lane and ALL lanes around us were malfunctioning. I have bowled there for decades, bowled on a league, Son on a kids league and some other visits over the years just for fun. I have never seen such poor equipment failures....screen scoring issues, lanes just blacking out, stuck balls not returning, missing pins when resetting, pins not resetting at all. That place needs a complete equipment overhaul, it was a hot mess! Four people bowling 3 games was over $100, and two didnt need to rent shoes or it would have been more, and we spent a good part of the time calling for service and waiting for help 😥 We will drive 45 min to Staunton for bowling from now on rather than deal with all of that. We literally, between the two lanes they had us on, placed a minimum of two dozen calls for help. People around us were angry having all the same issues. The ONLY good thing we could say for this to be worth 1 star, was the staff was very nice. I feel sorry for them having to deal with it all, I can't imagine how frustrating it must be working all that going on.
