  This bowling alley has gone to downhill. The equipment malfunctioned non stop on lane after lane. They moved us to a different lane, after 15+ calls for service on the first one, then we had about 10+ calls for service on the second lane and ALL lanes around us were malfunctioning. I have bowled there for decades, bowled on a league, Son on a kids league and some other visits over the years just for fun. I have never seen such poor equipment failures....screen scoring issues, lanes just blacking out, stuck balls not returning, missing pins when resetting, pins not resetting at all. That place needs a complete equipment overhaul, it was a hot mess! Four people bowling 3 games was over $100, and two didnt need to rent shoes or it would have been more, and we spent a good part of the time calling for service and waiting for help 😥 We will drive 45 min to Staunton for bowling from now on rather than deal with all of that. We literally, between the two lanes they had us on, placed a minimum of two dozen calls for help. People around us were angry having all the same issues. The ONLY good thing we could say for this to be worth 1 star, was the staff was very nice. I feel sorry for them having to deal with it all, I can't imagine how frustrating it must be working all that going on.

  This review will be a bit embarrassing to write. We dont go out terribly often but after the ice storm we were itching to go have some fun. We decided on bowling. I had no idea there would be food and such a great atmosphere, especially as soon as they opened which is when we arrived. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating but the biggest surprise came from my embarrassing mistake. When I was given the bill I just gave my card and signed. The lighting was very dim and I didnt see a line for a tip. We had decided to ask at the end if it was possible and the kind young female server showed me where I could have left it on the original receipt she gave me. That young lady thought she wasn't getting a tip but never dimmed her smile or gave us anything but an amazing fun time. Even joking with us and sharing in our joy for moments. I hope she knows how amazing of a quality that is. I dont remember anyone's names but we were the 1st people in the door jan 29th. Id love for them both to be recognized for the amazing experience they gave to my family that day.

  Great experience at Bowlero. Spent the day here with family and friends. Booked bowling ahead of time and had a blast. Relaxed with adult drinks while kids enjoyed the arcade. The restrooms, and whole place are immaculate- not your ordinary bowling alley. Manager, Steve, went out of his way to be helpful. So many things to love about this place. Great food, daily specials, excellent customer service; perfect place to hang out on these cold winter days. Highly recommend.
