  I came in tonight unexpectedly with my wife n bro. Shawnda helped us out with getting us a lane along with rentals and we got a margarita & beer pitcher. She was so nice. I also ordered a Pepsi from the bar. OMG. It was disgusting. It had a very serious bad after taste. I used to bartend, it may be the nozzle gun itself. Other than that, we had fun. Thanks again Shawnda! You're gorgeous and amazing!

  We hosted a birthday party for our son here. This was during peak flu season and we had a large number of guests cancel and not show. We spoke with management about this upon arrival and they assured me they would take care of us in the form of credit/refund. The event went smoothly. They failed to provide us with any credit/refund and after a month, despite my follow up emails, provided no response or closure. The difference in customer service before the party and after I paid was stark. We will not be having any future parties with Lucky Strike.

  Predatory prices and hostile website that disallows you to use gift cards for a reservation. Their phone number leads you to a voicemail that is never answered. Terrible business and predatory, monopolistic business practices. Everything about this place is worse with bowlero/lucky strike managing everything. Will never go back, and I caution anyone against going there to spend over $100 for 2 hours. Like cmon

  This staff bowls strikes😉 Despite the high-energy chaos of a packed house, the staff delivers in efficiency and hospitality. They managed waitlists and super busy arcade demands with impressive speed, ensuring the fun never stalled for guests. Most impressively, the team maintained a calm, friendly demeanor under pressure, providing personalized attention that made a busy saturday feel seamless and welcoming. Shoutout to Christian - he was so gracious in assisting me and went out of his way to make it a great experience!

  We had a great experience hosting a 13-year-old birthday party at Lucky Strike in Centreville this evening! From start to finish, the staff made everything run smoothly and stress-free. Huge shoutout to Samantha Ramirez, our sales rep, who helped get everything set up ahead of time including a last minute schedule change due to last week’s snowstorm! On the day of the event, Christian (AGM) stopped by multiple times to check in and make sure everything was going exactly as planned, which we really appreciated. Michael, our server, was fantastic, he made sure drinks and food were always replenished and everyone was taken care of. And Evan, the bartender, absolutely kept the adults in our group well hydrated and happy, even putting on the game we wanted to watch. Everything went swimmingly, and both the kids and adults had a great time. My only small note is that if you need to make changes on the actual day of your event, it’s best to handle them directly at the venue rather than trying to contact someone off-site, since weekend availability can be limited. That said, the on-site manager was more than happy to accommodate last-minute additions to our party, which made all the difference. Highly recommend Lucky Strike Centreville for birthday parties and events, especially for teens, great service, great atmosphere, and an awesome team! 🎳👏👏👏👏
