Repairs were finished and I show up to a $290 bill. Get my old shifter back as requested. Try it on another bike 3 months later and works perfectly fine. Completely unsatisfied and furious. Can't believe this still goes on. Would never recommend. Go to Cardinal in Roanoke

I understand my bike is uncommon, but I clearly explained the issue when I dropped it off. When I finally followed up, the manager repeated the exact problem I initially described as if it were a new discovery. They were polite, but the lack of communication and care was really disappointing. I wish they had been upfront from the beginning about the difficulty they’d have with the repair instead of leaving me waiting. Really it wasn’t that they couldn’t fix it that irked me it was the clear lack of care.
