  No customer service. Interested in purchasing two bikes. Had questions between cannon dale or their co-op. Staff was bothered we asked for assistance and pawned us to another colleague after having to radio them. Will gladly plunk down over $3000 elsewhere for two bikes where service is natural and not forced. The parking lot is horrible, and it is disorganized and unkept inside.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased these shoes with the understanding that they came with a 1-year guaranteed return policy, which gave me confidence in the quality. However, when I tried to return them, my claim was denied due to “wear and tear.” That makes no sense—shoes are meant to be worn. The wear shown is completely normal for regular use, not abuse or misuse. If normal wear automatically voids the return policy, then the “1-year guarantee” feels misleading and pointless. I expected better customer support and accountability, especially from a brand that promotes durability and trust. Unfortunately, this experience has made me lose confidence in buying from them again.

  Love this REI! It’s literally the best in the DMV. Gary in shoes is so knowledgeable & the camping department is stellar! George & Enrique in camping are the most professional and kind sales associates in REI - hands down. This place will set you up for success!

  Terrible customer and cashier service! I don’t know who they think they are working there not even greet you with a smile. That’s your job! To help and ask if the customers need help. You don’t like your job quit because it’s clear youdon’t want to be there but they are there not working but getting their frustration out on customers. Sad sad sad !!!
