  Terrible customer and cashier service! I don’t know who they think they are working there not even greet you with a smile. That’s your job! To help and ask if the customers need help. You don’t like your job quit because it’s clear youdon’t want to be there but they are there not working but getting their frustration out on customers. Sad sad sad !!!

  This location has a team of incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. They offer assistance and are clearly experienced in their sports. Enrique helped me find the right fit in a backpack today and was awesome. He also offers a class to learn more about backpacking gear.

  Great store with extremely knowledgeable and insightful staff. Michael helped us with backpack sizing and the selection they offer. Garry was very helpful when it came to their shoe ware, offering many tips and tricks ahead of our group’s trip in a couple months.

  The staff is pleasant enough, but it seems the store is continuously understaffed and aren’t set up to properly help the customer volume.
