Called ahead and spoke to Garrett who was SO helpful and encouraged me to come in and try some on. Got there an hour later, Garrett was helping a customer so I worked with Noel to understand my options. Noel was also very knowledgeable and helped me understand my options, what I should be looking for fit-wise, etc. Garrett checked in several times throughout the process as well, and I ended up finding a great pair that I’m excited about! Best experience I’ve had in any store of any type in a long time. Delightful customer experience.
