  This bowling alley looks nice but the lanes absolutely suck! If you're just going out to have some fun with family and friends and aren't a regular bowler it's ok. If you bowl regularly avoid this place 0 oil on the lane and pins attached to strings.

  Another bowler mentioned that this is not a place for serious bowlers, and I would extend that to say that if you own your own equipment and throw any kind of hook at all, just find another spot. There was no oil on the lanes at all, leaving us incredibly frustrated. I suppose that the goal for this location is to accommodate families with small children and non-bowlers looking to kill time. If I may, I would like to suggest maybe at least oiling a dozen lanes for any serious bowlers who come in. Otherwise, this was a frustrating waste of time and money.

  My first time there last night. We were celebrating my Brother and Sister’s birthday. All staff were super nice and worked well together. I seen them laughing and having a great time while serving customers. They were very personable in which I loved. Thank you!

  If you're a serious bowler and spin your ball, this is NOT the place for you. It's string bowling so they lost 90% of the leagues that use to bowl there. The front desk told me they only oil the lanes EVERY FOUR WKS!!! This should be done every 3 days at a minimum if not MORE! However, if you bowl straight or are looking for a place to throw a party for your kids, this place is perfect. The place is clean, they play music, have a lot of games for the kids and they had plenty of open lanes the 3 times I had to go there because my other go to locations (Dale City, Woodbridge and Burke) were booked for leagues.

  Came here after a pipe burst at the Falls Church bowling alley… made us take our water bottles back to the car(would not have been an issue if they didn’t refuse water— keep reading)— we had a short wait about 45 minutes so we sat ordered drinks and some food. Were told by the server they don’t serve water unless you pay for a bottle or have to get up to go use the water fountain on the other side of the venue by the bathrooms. We finally gave in and bought a bottle of water..half of us work in restaurants- what kind of establishment refuses a glass of water especially when you’re sitting ordering food??! And a party next to us had pitchers of water on their table that we watched another server give them. They serve soda off the soda gun so they have the capability they all have WATER BUTTONS ON THEM.. also every bar behind it is required by law to have a sink so they could use that too… but they’re too lazy and only wanting you to be inconvenienced you need to buy water from them. When we went to check in for our lane, I asked at the desk and they confirmed no water by glass.. I said well what if someone was faint and couldn’t get to the water fountain and the guy stated that then they would give them a glass. Food was mediocre and drinks over priced ($8 for a draft michelob). No dirty glasses cleared from our table, it’s self order mostly on the tablet because the server only came by like twice… This is our third time here and every time is disappointing, likely would not go back. Sucks for them because being in the restaurant industry we would have drank more if we were offered water with our drinks. Sorry sir, we like to hydrate responsibly at the same time. This is a bad business model and they clearly don’t care about guest experience. Additionally most of the ladies restroom stalls were out of toilet paper. Gross.
