The managet is super awesome and was amenable to my needs (I was looking for for some smaller cranks since I have very short legs). I was looking at upgrading my bike so I went there to check some new bikes out, and they said they can give me a really nice trade in deal that really surprised me. I wish they were closer to where I live; I almost took the deal, but I ended up keeping the old bike to convert for gravel use and bought a new one from another Trek store near me. I would have come here over other Trek store in a heartbeat if they were closer to me.
