    We were riding the Mt. Vernon trail and had a tire issue. Stopped in and they immediately helped and we were again on our way. Stopped back in on our way back past and did a little bike shopping. They were incredible with everyone in the shop. Great place.

    Todd gave me five-star service—detailed instructions, seat fixes, and offered up a nice cold bottle of water before sending me on my way to explore Alexandria on such a beautiful Saturday! The E-bike ( my first time riding one of these) was powerful, with responsive pedal assist and a handy throttle for hills and take-offs! The adjustable bars and comfortable seat made the ride exceptional! It was the best bike ride I could have had. I will be back to finish the Mt Vernon trail! Thanks again, Todd!
