  At age 76, I am a consummate cheapskate. One of the things that irritates me is to look at a rack of clothing and not find a single price on any of it. What am I supposed to do, chased down a store employee somewhere if you can find one to ask the question? Their prices are fine for that elite bunch of computer geeks that make six-figure incomes. But I'm retired. I'd rather spend my money on whiskey.

  I love this location, staff are very friendly, always ready to point you towards the right direction when you are looking for a particular item. I bought a nemo folding small table.

  Good service but I was asked about signing up to their program 5 times between two staff. “Do you still have the card I gave you” “no I’m not interested” “OK but you can save blah blah.” I took off one star because self determination is not respected here. They will hound you to sign up for their payed membership relentlessly.

  Some of the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had shopping at a REI. Don’t expect much help from the bike shop unless you want to bring your bike back at least once a month I’d suggest any other location over this one.

  REI is the best place to shop and the qualities of their brand. We love REI 🥰🤗. Sometimes you just need to stop and listen to the sales people about where they’ve been and where they come from. It’s not just about shopping but the people who works there that will help you if you ask. I mean, it’s not like being in Walmart or Home Depot where they run 🏃‍♀️ away of hide themselves. Not that all do…🙄. We came in to get our Binoculars and and clothes and left with a lot of goodies. Three kinds, Nikons. We needed for our long trip to Eureka NV back country drive. There are plenty of good selections, they also have sales, we all like that. Camping gears, snow boots, 🥾 socks, 🧦 etc mountain bikes 🚲 repair equipment etc. Other than that I believe it’s these wonderful ladies that made my day, I hope their bosses would highlight it when he/she sees them for who they are.. costumer service is Key. 🔑 to unlock the insights of people. Be kind I say. All things will happen eventually. Come in and check it out.
