My daughter's gloves did not perform as advertised so we had to buy another pair at the resort. When it came time to return the snowboards, I brought the issue up with the manager on staff and he told me he wouldn't take a return on a used product. The first time I went in, the customer service was disappointing. The second time I went in, Gage helped me and was 10/10 to work with. Gage is the only reason I did not give a one star review. I hope Gage will find work at a place that values their customers because he is a diamond in a rough place. Do not shop here.

The sales person listened to what I was needing and gave a good suggestion for the ski type and also helped me find the binding I wanted in my price range. They have great options, good sales, and great service. They made it quick to get everything together (bindings mounted) so I went to dinner and picked them back up. I bought my last set up here in 2019 and will continue to go back for all my ski needs.
