- HCHopeful CynicJan 5, 20264.0Been in here a few times. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable even about the local shops and restaurants. A sharp contrast to Jasmine who was very rude to us and the other employees within seconds. She is not interested in answering questions and has a nasty attitude. It was a shock to learn she is one of the managers. I hope they find someone who treats them better.

Went back to ask for help all I got was a post it note with rossignol number. Called that number and got a bigger run around. Now I have a boot I paid for and not working. True north will not help and say it is manufacturer problem. Did not expect this from a “high end store” at the pendry. Update, Michelle from vail resorts got in touch with me personally after reading the above review and took time and took care of the situation. She went to the store personally to make sure I get these replaced. They will have a replacement ready tomorrow. Thank you Michelle and vail resorts for making this right!
