I spent over $5,000 on a trip, took valuable time off work, and traveled with the full intention to ski — only to arrive and find that the resort wasn’t even ready due to lack of snow. I understand weather happens, but refusing refunds or real solutions for customers who planned in good faith is unacceptable. On top of that, I spent over TWO hours on the customer service line, was transferred four different times, and ultimately spoke to an agent named Monica who told me my tickets could be extended until November 2026. Not only was this never put in writing, it turns out it wasn’t even true. I was lied to, and now I’m left with nothing. I want to come back and ski, but how can I trust a company that thinks this level of service is acceptable? Epic needs to do better for the people who save, plan, and sacrifice to make these trips happen
