Tom is both friendly and highly professional. He truly went above and beyond to help me get set up for my snowboard. He did an outstanding job with the heat molding of my boots and took the time to make sure everything was just right. I even went back a couple of times afterward. Each time Tom patiently helped me troubleshoot and came up with creative, out-of-the-box solutions to improve the setup. His dedication and genuine care for his customers really stand out. We’ve visited many board shops at different resorts, but this is the first time we’ve met someone who takes such pride in their work and treats their job so seriously. Tom’s expertise and commitment made a real difference. I’m truly grateful for the experience.

This shop has so many great products, and the staff are all friendly and welcoming. The service here genuinely stands out. They got me set up for the mountain in under 5 minutes and they were very generous. If you are at Park City and need snowboard help go to Max's they are second to none!

Tom is a wonderful employee and solved my issues very quickly. I will continue to recommend this place to all my friends and coworkers. The people here are top notch.
