  Got delivery for 2 pairs of skis and a helmet. thought all was well when the guy checked us out, tipped him $20 but he did not pay attention to detail. They gave us one pair of skis with the bindings not adjusted properly, customer service wanted us to deal with it instead of helping us. And we have to return them ourselves even with the issues. Would have just rented from park city sport right by the mountain if I knew they were going to be so unhelpful. Also after skiing one hill the other pair of boots we had the buckles were loose and we had to go back and have them fix them. Quite literally the worst experience ever. Also park city sport was $20- 40 a day cheaper for rentals.

  The folks at Legacy Sports Rentals were super helpful and patient. After a few tries in I ended up with super comfortable boots and skis that worked very well for me.

  On 1/14 and 1/15 we had the displeasure of working with a very disagreeable taller young woman with large glasses in the children’s rentals. We literally needed to switch out boot sizes (1/14) which seemed to irritate her to no end. Upon return on the 15th she again was at the return desk and seemed so bothered to do her job. Informing me that we had their board rental…. Which we did not from the children’s side. Her tone was very much as though I was breaking rules because “that’s not the policy” to just switch out boots. When in fact she was the very one who switched out a single pair of boots on 1/14. Very condescending and rude- shushing a family, acting as though I somehow caused an issue with her ding our paperwork. Maybe she needs some Additional customer service videos and role play before she speaks like that to an individual with less self control over their mouth than I do.

  Had the free Toyota tune done at the ski shop and used my skis 1 time after the tune. While driving home the top sheet of my skis peeled off. This is the first time my skis were tuned with an enclosed machine that runs them back and forth numerous times and now they are ruined. Free tune will cost me $1000. Don’t get your skis tuned with a machine!

  Rented a demo snowboard expecting good equipment. That was a mistake. Demo here is standard equipment anywhere else.
