  We went in on Saturday, March 13th around 4:00PM and had one of the worst experiences ever. When we got there, the host said she already let too many people in so we had to wait... fine. Once we got past the host we stood in line for boots for about 30 minutes. After we grabbed our boots, we headed to the ski pick up line and there was only one person fitting skis and snowboards. Also, 2 employees clocked out while all this is going on, which did not help things. So we waited for another 45 minutes. All in all we were there for over 2 hours for something we reserved online a month prior. I really hope this is not how things are usually run. I don’t know how you aren’t more staffed on a Saturday when you have x many reservations. Anyways, this is my first ever review because I have never had an experience like this. I hope they can figure it out!

  I’ve never seen a store mark up Patagonia hats (+20%) or Hydroflask (+33%) water bottles. I was hoping to get both.
