- BYBill YunDec 26, 20251.0Bought a pair of mitten for my daughter that's labeled for $114.95. When checking out, I saw tax was about $11, but the total ran up to over $131. I asked the salesman if something was off, he said everything looked right to him. And he sent the receipt to my yahoo account. Walking out, I got the email but the receipt attachment wouldn't open. I went to the store and told the salesman that the e-mail receipt didn't work and asked for a paper receipt. Sensing that I was onto something, the salesman credited back to my credit card account without me even asking for it. It's so shady.

He is very skilled and professional. Best attitude and customer service. He’s also incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. It’s Christmas Day and he’s the only person working in the busy store. He managed to multi-task in such a professional way to make sure every customer is taken care of: He also went above and beyond to make sure everything worked perfectly for us. He deserves 100 star rating.

My little girls parts for her snowboard bindings did not come in like they should’ve and the team at this Burton shop offered to let me have a full set up rental for when I take her out snowboarding before they come in. Their factory is backed up so it is not the shop’s fault but they are doing everything they can to make myself and most importantly, my little girl happy. I highly recommend if you need anything snowboarding, apparel, anything this place is the place to go.
