  I had my skis tuned in Phoenix, but from the very first day on the slopes, I knew something was off. My skis were juddering, making for a very unpleasant experience. Thankfully, I stopped by Breeze Ski Rentals at Canyons, where a young, incredibly nice and knowledgeable technician immediately knew what was wrong. He fixed the issue right on the spot as we chatted—such outstanding service! I only wish I had asked for his name because he truly saved my last few days of skiing. Huge thanks for the expertise and kindness! Highly recommend this shop for anyone needing ski tuned or rental Halina

  If you can get Tommy to look after your skis, you have found yourself in a good place. An old school skier's ski-tuner, Tommy has remedied multiple core shots for me, including a recent nasty little cut by my edge that could have easily resulted in high-speed doom if left unmitigated. The quality of his customer service speaks to the heart of why folks love Park City. 5 stars, 100%

  The only reason I rated this two because of the poor experience we had with one of the employees. I was not renting skis however my friend Charlie, Lincoln, Eric Sommerlad and Jim Betylon did. Charlie spoke to Logan (employee at Breeze Canyons) and he seemed to be very friendly on the phone and told us to just come in and they would give us the online discount. Once we got there Logan's attitude change quite drastically. He was very short with my entire party and argumentative, especially with Charlie. I even suggested we go somewhere else to rent skis for three people and 6 days. Why give our money to someone that is aggravating us? My brother, who did not rent but was also there, mentioned that he suspected that Logan was the son of the owner and just had a sense of entitlement. After much discussion we think that Logan was pissed that Charlie had a "Make America Great Again" hat on? This was the only reason we could think of because Logan was very pleasant on the phone but much different in person. In all fairness the other gentleman that was there was very friendly and it seemed he was very uncomfortable. The store was clean and the equipment was good. I hope the owner addresses this with Logan so he does not end up hurting his business.
