  Just picked up our skis yesterday for a family of 4. The process was fast and very efficient. The 2 women who fitted us were just lovely. Very welcoming, friendly, helpful and informative. Looking forward to hitting the slopes and testing them out. Thanks for your wonderful customer service thus far.

  Seth and Jack were OUTSTANDING. Seth is the head tuner and his explanations of what to do on my skis were so clear, and his willingness to help me get what would be best for my skiing style were outstanding. (And the skis feel great!) Jack was also incredibly friendly and helped guide me in the right direction. It is my second year skiing and my friends suggested I come here for my tuning working, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Great workers, kind vibe, and my skis feel EXCELLENT.

  Very easy to park right in front of the store on your way to the Canyons. Assistant manager was there and he took very good care of us. Prices are pretty steep, if you don’t have a good promotion.

  I brought my skis here to be waxed and when I came back the next day, they didn’t know where they were. They looked for over 30 minutes without giving me an update but by this point I had clued into what was going on. Eventually they realized they were sent to another store and at first I was told they were on the way and it would only be a couple more minutes. After talking more to this person, they admitted that actually they were still sitting in the other store and it would be at least another 20 minutes for them to be transported back. I ended up going to get them myself.
