While it was interesting to see where my swing needs improvement, I honestly didn’t feel like I got much value for what I paid—other than a sales pitch at the end. The lesson packages were quite expensive, ranging anywhere from $500 up to $3,000. On the positive side, the trainer was very friendly and clearly knowledgeable. I just wish the initial evaluation had been complimentary, given what was provided.

Management has not put the money in the store to have a variety of shaft options outside of what you can hit at your local golf store for free. Wasted my money and had a very short fitting because they had 1 relevant shaft outside of my own that they fit me in. Store is not ready for club fittings and should not even be considered. Trying to save the next person some money so they don't end up like me with a 30 minute fitting because they didn't have anything for me to hit.

We highly recommend the Swing Evaluation for every student, from beginner to competitive player. It allows us to understand your current swing and goals and helps determine the right lesson plan for you.
Are your lessons expensive?
Prices vary by the lesson plan, features included, and region, but they are highly competitive with teaching professionals in each area. However, each GOLFTEC Student will start with a Swing Evaluation which is $150.
Do you teach beginners?
We love teaching golfers who are just picking up the sport! Our coaches understand the unique needs of beginners and know how to make their sessions comfortable and enjoyable.
Can I take lessons at any location?
Absolutely! Your Coach will be able to help you find another Center and Coach. You can also use any GOLFTEC location when you are traveling.
Can I take lessons outdoors?
On-course instruction on specific shots and course management are a great complement to in-bay swing lessons and are offered at most locations.
Will you change my swing?
Changes to your swing may be necessary given your specific golfing problems and goals. We begin with your current swing and work on adjustments to make it more effective and productive.
Does GOLFTEC sell clubs?
Yes. We will order clubs based on your TECFIT club fitting or your specifications if you choose not to have a fitting. With our large buying power and relationships with leading manufacturers, we can sell custom clubs for the same price that you would pay for off-the-rack clubs at many retailers.
How is your club fitting different from others?
Our TECFIT club fitting system provides a precision, agnostic fitting experience. All GOLFTEC Certified Fitters use our advanced launch monitor technology to measure your unique launch conditions. While most other fitters stop there, we utilize our proprietary equipment database of thousands of club/shaft combinations to identify the perfect club configuration to optimize performance based on your swing.
