  Will never purchase from here again. We bought a built out Sprinter van by Jayco and Rye was the salesman that assisted us. The van has a mount for a ladder but when we looked at it the ladder was not attached. I specifically asked Rye, the salesman about it and he said yes there is a ladder, it’s just in storage. We ended up buying the van, they had us come in an do paperwork one day and than we had to pick up the van 2 days later after everything was signed and paid. Upon receiving the van I was told they couldn’t find the ladder, I was a little bummed but assumed they would order one and have us pick it up. NOPE, the sales manager said sorry it’s sold as is, but if you want one you can order it from our parts department. The ladder was going to cost $1200. Even after explaining our frustration and telling them that Rye told us it was included the sales manager said sorry but, it’s “he said, she said at this point” extremely frustrating. I CANT STAND DISHONEST SALESMAN. Do not bring your business here unless you want to be lied to and taken advantage of. I now have a van with a ladder mount on the back and no ladder, awesome. Don’t work with Rye as he will say whatever it takes to sale you something and don’t rely on the sales manager to honor what was said.
