Called to ask if they could do this and what it would cost. The crew members were straight forward, honest and helpful with all the info on timing and our bike. Dropped it off, which took 5-7 minutes, they assembled it within a couple days and even held it until we were ready to pick it up a few days later which also took about 10 minutes. Made it incredibly easy to surprise our son with his first bike on his birthday. Thank you Trek!
