- NPNate PaikFeb 23, 20265.0Coming from southern California, our plane landed late and we got there about 15 minutes before closing. They were fairly busy, and the staff was super friendly. We had made online reservations for performance skis for our 2 kids. When we got up to Solitude the next day my daughter could not click into one of her skis. The binding was not adjusted to her boot. The other binding/ski was good. I called and spoke to Sydney to see how I can remedy this problem. She apologized and asked me to go the ski shop, have them adjust the binding and bring the receipt for reimbursement. Additionally, she assured us that we would receive a refund for the oversight. I asked her to make sure that the tech would not be in trouble. He was a super cool guy and very helpful. Stuff like this could happen when there's lots of people and it's busy. This is our 2nd year in a row renting here and I won't rent anywhere else but at, Ski 'N See. We lost about 45 minutes in ski time.. but it's all good. These guys are the best, know to take care of their customers! BTW: this shop has a wide variety of skis, binding, boots and snowboards.

They were running a big sale, and we purchased boots, a helmet, and demo skis with the option to buy. After trying the skis, we loved them and decided to purchase. They tuned them up for free, included a two-year warranty, and even credited our rental cost back toward the purchase. We ended up getting an excellent deal on one-year-old skis. Highly recommend!
