  I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place and the people who work here. My father and I randomly stopped in because we were trying to figure out something pretty important to our family — how we could get my father-in-law, who is disabled and has very limited mobility, safely into a boat so he could experience fly fishing while we were in Jackson Hole. Here’s the part that absolutely blew me away: we weren’t even booking our trip through them. We had already booked a fishing trip with someone else. That didn’t matter to them at all. Instead of brushing us off or telling us to contact the company we booked with, they immediately started trying to help. They talked through different possibilities with us, made phone calls, reached out to people, and genuinely tried to figure out a way to make this experience possible for my father-in-law. There was literally nothing in it for them financially. They knew we weren’t giving them the business, and they still treated our problem like it was their own. That tells you everything you need to know about the kind of people running this place. When you’re traveling with someone who has a disability, something as simple as getting into a fishing boat can become a huge obstacle. Having complete strangers take the time to understand the situation and start calling around trying to find a solution meant more to our family than they probably realize. You can find plenty of businesses that will take your money. It’s much harder to find people who will go out of their way to help you when they have absolutely nothing to gain from it. If I could give them more than five stars, I would. This is the kind of business and the kind of people you want to support. We will absolutely remember how they treated us, and the next time we’re looking to book anything in the area, they will be the first call we make. Thank you for showing us what genuine kindness and exceptional customer service look like.
