  Great experience but have to say the Hotel is not a high end resort. The casino should definitely look into developing a hotel for class and high quality.

  Left out on top. They had plenty of slots. Its a smaller casino with limited table games most were full when we went on a saturday so it was hard to find a table to sit at. They had black jack, ultimate hold em, poker, slots, wraps, roulette, and more

  Fun adult environment. Many slots to choose from. Plenty of parking in the parking garage. Pay attention to the garage letter and level where you park. Kids can go in the racing part but not the casino part. Be safe and be watchful of your surroundings and drinks.

  Large casino with a horse track. Watching the races was up close and fun. Lots of slot machines. Wish there was more non smoking areas. The tables stayed full the weekend we were there. Food area had a good bar with an awesome server. We did eat at the 9Dragons restaurant, which was very delicious. I like how the restaurant stayed open late on the weekend.

  I was disappointed with my visit to Charles Town Casino. The overall experience did not meet my expectations. The casino felt overcrowded, and the atmosphere was not as enjoyable as I had hoped. Customer service could have been much better, as I didn’t feel welcomed or valued as a guest. I also felt that the casino could do a better job with cleanliness and organization. I hope management takes customer feedback serious never win if I go 10 times winning zero I
