Very disappointing experience from the time we walked in the front door till we left. When we first arrived, the boys at the front desk were goofing off and did not directly acknowledge us. We told them we had a reservation, he mumbled a few words, handed us a slip with our bay number and told us it was out the sliding doors. I asked for left handed golf clubs and was extremely disappointed when they told me they only had a 9 iron & 8 iron. They did not have any other selection of left handed golf clubs. Our bay also did not have a right handed driver as well as some other commonly used clubs for my fiancé. We ended up having to take a right handed driver from an empty bay. We did not expect this to be on the same level as Top Golf or Launchpad, but I would have gotten more enjoyment out of going to my local driving range with my own clubs. We live an hour and a half away and did not think it necessary to bring our own clubs. The only positive out of our experience was our server Melissa (I believe that was her name). She was very nice, prompt, and professional.

Place was fun. Service from the front desk and bar were excellent. Was a good time with family. Not just a driving range. The ball tracking makes for some fun games. Definitely a good stop.

We brought our grandkids today since too rainy to get on a course. A great time was had by all. Our server, Olivia was very sweet and attentive. The only downside is the noise from the Highway. Otherwise a great place and reasonably priced.

This was our first time there since it was changed to Pinseekers. Everyone was pleasant and attentive. 2 days later I noticed I was double charged (1 went through and 1 was pending, but pending charges still are still taking out of your account). I called and was transferred to a manager who stated this was their standard practice when opening a tab (which also included our golf fees), “just like a hotel”. I responded that, at a hotel, I am notified this will happen, and they did not tell me. He then stated that he gets these phone calls all the time with this issue. When I mentioned that perhaps this was a training issue and he would likely get less phone calls if the staff told people he told me no, because this is what hotels did. We went around the bend one more time about how hotels tell people but he apparently couldn’t see why not telling their customers was different. My family had a good time but buyer beware!
