  I really like this place! I recently came in with a bike I had purchased on Facebook Marketplace. I don’t know much about electronic shifting, so I asked for some advice. At another bike shop in Tacoma, I had been told that the rear derailleur was broken and that I would need to order a new one. But when I brought the bike to Trek, the mechanic took a quick look, made a few adjustments, and within about two minutes handed me back a perfectly tuned bike — at no charge! That is the kind of integrity and professionalism I really appreciate. Instead of trying to sell me an expensive part I didn’t need, they simply fixed the problem. Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and honest people. I strongly recommend this shop!

  I have gone in twice with just an ole’ Schwinn and they pumped my air for my tires the first time and then attached my rear bike rack for me because I couldn’t get it tight enough to stay. They didn’t ask for anything, but I bought little side items because they were so very welcoming and helpful. Also had good suggestions for trails. “This store goes up to SIX stars!” Way to go, Trek! Thanks for your aid and grace! (Also Isaiah was especially awesome!)

  I called here looking to find a small eBike for my tiny mom. Unfortunately they said they did not have any small eBikes in stock, but they suggested I try the North End store, which I did and found the perfect bike! While I did not visit this particular store, they were kind and helpful when I called.
