  I really like my bike. I would also like to express my appreciation to Mr. Michael G. for providing outstanding customer service. He is consistently courteous, professional, and highly attentive to customer needs. He patiently answers all questions and offers assistance without hesitation. His respectful attitude and genuine willingness to help make every interaction pleasant and highly satisfactory.

  Kind people and service BUT every time we get our bikes serviced, we end up having to bring it back because it wasn't properly fixed. This time both my husband and my bike had issues after getting back from them. My bike has a sound clicking and rattling and would get worse as I went up a hill. His bike, when taking out the battery of his ebike, the screws weren't properly screwed on and is now very loose and won't keep the battery pack on. These issues I feel like wouldn't have happened if they at least did a last check. Especially on my bike, if they were to have test driven it maybe they would have been able to hear the sound it made. Also, this happened when we took the bikes in... They forgot to ask for our bike keys. We did not know that they needed it. Please please try to remember to ask your customers for EVERYTHING before taking it in. We live in downtown Seattle and it is so inconvenient having to drive back and forth.

  Over tight Shimano crank arm star bolt. Heavy resistance and premature wear on non drive side spindle on a $7k bike. When I bought the bike they didn’t even hold the door when I left.

  Bought a new bike only had it for about 2-3 weeks already has a flat tire. I called the store and explained what happened and the person wanted me to pay to have them fix it. I spent good amount of money on this bike if I would have known I would have a flat tire in less than a month of having the bike I would have gotten a cheap bike from Walmart or dicks sporting goods. I purchased trek because I thought it was durable but I should have went with a Canyon maybe. Now I’m considering returning the bike based on my interaction with the associate I spoke with.

  I left a less than glowing review yesterday (which I can't find to revise) because of a miscommunication between us about canceling an order. I got a call from Kim (the store manager) today asking how she could make it right. I am impressed. Most businesses will just leave a comment or ignore it completely, but she took the time to see what she could do to make it up to me. I've always had a really good service at the University Place store near me, too. Customer service is something that is rare to find anymore and a company like this deserves my business. I don't own a Trek bike, but I can guarantee you it will be on my list for next time! Thanks again, Kim!
