  Love REI been a member for years, first time ever at this location tried asking for a price of a Arc Teryx jacket Bad advertisement not every full price item is 20% but even worst treatment from the cashier. Would not go back to this location and purchase directly from the ArcTeryx website. False advertisement and even worst communication from employee.

  $24 for a pair a sock, $30 for a neck gaiter! I used to LOVE REI but the price gouging is real and insane. Go to big 5/Feathered Friends for most of your needs. Better yet! Get your climbing gear in a different state/country. I bought Mountaineering shoes in Europe for $150.00 and they've lasted for years. I am genuinely surprised that these stores are still open. There are sooooo many cheaper offerings online and around town.

  The shoe guy was an egotistical pain. Men's selection of shirts was slim.
