- JJJulia3 days ago5.0Bike shop manager is super cool. I’m new to cycling, wasn’t exactly sure which part I needed, let me come in the shop and look at a few options, even offered to take a look at my bike outside before we figured it out. Thank you sir. Will definitely be back.

- JGJust a girlAug 7, 20261.0The first time I went to this location the cashier would not let me say no to signing up for a membership (I ended up using a friends #). Not thinking much of it the second time I visited I let them know I was not interested in signing up for a membership, the cashier was very disappointed and changed her whole demeanor. Another REI employee came by and told the person checking me out to click the “just kill my commission button” I laughed because this was such an unnecessary comment. I should have said something directly to them but didn’t want to start an argument with others waiting in line. !!!Stop pressuring customers to sign up for something they don’t want to!!! This is how you lose incoming traffic.
