  I cannot recommend the Silverdale location enough! I am clueless about bicycles and my sweet daughter managed to bend some bits on her Guardian bike. The wonderful guys there took a look at it and took the time to explain exactly what was being done in way that I could understand. They even installed the bike basket I bought while I was there. My daughter will be so excited to have a working bike again with a basket added on. Trek will most definitely be my family’s go to shop for all of our bike needs!

  Excellent quality bike with 2 year guarantee. Free delivery! Extremely knowledgeable staff and very kind. They want to know you and your specific needs to get the correct bike, not simply try and sell the most expensive. Love my bike and will return to the store for bike add-ons.

  Reserved a bike on-line (great little feature by the way) and Adrian had it ready for me when I arrived. He went out of his way to answer any questions I had and did the basic MTB shock set-up things for me without being prompted or asked. That is the FIRST time that's happened for me, and I've been riding for 30 years now. Asked me the right questions to see what I knew and how best to support my new bike. Then spent time talking to my wife and daughters and then helped us with some primary guidance for a newer bike for one of my daughters. Silverdale's out of the way for us, but Adrian's service, attitude and kindness would make me drive out to Silverdale if we upgrade my kid's bike..
