I had a vague idea of what to keep in mind, but was helped by a staff member named Joshua every step of the way (no pun intended). I put several technical questions to him, and he was able to explain clearly and concisely the various distinctions and delineations between different specifications and scenarios. On top of that, was very affable and attentive.
