- HMHope MatthewsOct 6, 20261.0I love REI but this is the WORST store I have ever been to. The selection is quite small, and we had a poor interaction with an employee, Brian. When we asked if we could return an item that we had bought on "final few" (made sure to specify it was not re/supply) he looked at us like he had no idea what we were talking about. We had to explain him that "final few" was what we thought was their clearance section. He still looked at us funny and said sure but he wouldn't be able to take back the item until we scrubbed it clean. We thought that made sense until we went to the re/supply section in the store just for gear to be as worn, if not worse than the gear we brought in. Went to another store the next day and the item was accepted for return without any questions. Additionally the store had items on display, especially shoes, that were display only or that they didn't carry in store. There were no sizes to try on or employees to order them for you. Honestly would have been better to not have the display at all. On the positive side, a couple other employees did give us a better impression. However, I would not shop at this location if I can help it.
- LJLisa and JeffOct 3, 20265.0It's great to have real people who are knowledgeable available to help you. So rare for stores today.

- SISonia IcedoSep 19, 20261.0I was disappointed with the customer service especially one of the staff name Amanda . I felt like I was bothering the staff when I needed help, rather than being welcomed or assisted. I also felt like I was being made to feel at fault for making the wrong purchase online. The overall experience was frustrating and left me feeling uncomfortable as a customer.
