  Really disappointing customer service from Miles at the clubhouse. We were 8 minutes early for our tee time, but apparently the club has a policy that you need to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled tee time. We were caught in Seattle traffic and arrived two minutes short of that requirement. We completely understand that policies exist, but the way Miles handled the situation was absolutely ridiculous. His response was essentially, “You were late, so I gave your tee time away,” with no attempt whatsoever to work with us or find a solution. No “let me see what I can do,” no alternative option, no understanding — just a dismissive attitude. Being two minutes short of a 10-minute early-arrival policy is one thing. Treating paying customers like they’re a complete inconvenience is another. We weren’t asking for special treatment; we expected some basic customer service and an attempt to find a reasonable solution. Miles’ attitude completely soured the experience. Policies are fine, but there’s a right way to enforce them, and this wasn’t it.

  It's a great public course in beautiful condition with plenty of challenge. Be prepared for a good workout on the back nine hilly terrain and a couple of turtle back greens. Love the course and nice people in the proshop.

  Men’s Toilet Facet only available Hot Water But not Cold Water. Terrible in Summer. Please repair this Facet ASAP. It’s been almost 10 years. Thanks
