  Huge REI store with an amazing selection and great service. They even offer 1 hour of free parking for customers — which in Seattle is already a big win on its own. The store is one of the largest I’ve been to, and they truly carry everything you might need for outdoor activities. Staff members were friendly, approachable, and consistently helpful throughout the visit. Overall, a smooth and pleasant shopping experience with no complaints.

  One of the best REI stores I’ve been to — and it’s massive, easily the biggest I’ve seen. Great selection covering pretty much every outdoor activity you can think of. Staff was helpful and the store was clean and easy to navigate. Oh, and a big bonus — parking is free for REI customers, so you don’t have to stress about meters or fees. Makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

  I will not be shopping here or at any other REI until they reach good terms with their union and stop employing union busters. Higher prices and no more classes? They’ve turned into a boutique store that cares more about their bottom lines than the things that actually make the store great. There are plenty of other outdoor supply stores that aren’t evil very close by. Do better.

  I visited the store yesterday in desperate need of walking shoes. Marco was a Godsend, so very kind and informative!! He not only helped me find a great pair, I found THREE!! I am visiting from Texas and was worried I wouldn’t be able to continue walking because my feet hurt SO BAD (I was hobbling). I am forever grateful to Marco for saving the rest of my vacation. I walked 32k steps yesterday and have 8k so far today. Thank you Marco! 👟

  I had a great visit to the REI Flagship Store. I had no idea they have an actual ranger station inside the store, with real park rangers. Ranger David and Ranger Eric helped me find Washington State and national park passes for people with disabilities. I did not know they existed. It felt less like shopping and more like stepping into a gateway to adventure. I do not know of another retail store where they offer something like this. Now, if they really want to take it to the next level, they can harness me up and let me try the rock wall using my good leg. I would absolutely give it a shot.
