The information on the website says one thing, the staff told me something different in person, and the only place with what appears to be the actual policy was on a flyer posted inside the bathroom. There was nothing clearly posted at the entrance or on the door, which made the whole situation confusing and felt like false advertising. When I tried to address the issue with the manager, Dan, he was unhelpful, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of trying to resolve the confusion or take responsibility for the inconsistent information, the interaction left me feeling like my concerns didn’t matter. Businesses should make sure their policies and promotions are consistent across their website, in-store, and on any posted signage. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. Based on my experience, I’d recommend going somewhere else.
