  The west olympia trek store has been good to us. They are always friendly and helpful. I'm baffled why I don't get the same experience at the East Olympia store.

  I ordered a ponto go s online which was delivered to TB West. The guys put it together super fast, were so nice explaining how it all works, and got me set up with the peripherals I needed. Unfortunately the bike itself was missing a factory firmware update and kept crapping out. AT THEIR OWN INCONVENIENCE Eric (sp?) picked it up from my house, took it to the store, and they ran diagnostics until they figured out the issue. Over the next day they took it on several long rides to ensure it was good to go and since then I’ve had no issues. They even installed a frame bag while this was happening! I can’t speak highly enough of how they made a disappointing situation that was no fault of their own an ultimately positive experience. 10/5 would recommend :)

  We had a wonderful experience purchasing a great bike! Our son is starting to learn how to ride and Mom and Dad needed an easy riding bike to keep up. John S. made the buying experience pretty easy. He listening to our needs and concerns and for us on a great bike that fit both me and my wife. Would definitely recommend this location to family and friends and plan on making another purchase in the future.

  I bought my first bike as an adult a few days ago.... I'm in my 50's. The salesperson was very helpful and patient. After asking some questions, he showed me a couple bikes that he thought would work for me. I was able to ride them around and found the one that fit me perfectly. I appreciate the kindness and help without hard sales techniques.
