In last couple of days I bought a gravel bike and was very impressed by Ian at the bike shop who not only got the bike ready way faster than expected, including minor adjustments, but was hands down one of the most helpful and knowledgeable bike shop people I've interacted with in the last few months while test riding and looking at bikes all over western WA (including a whole day at multiple bike shops in Seattle). Highly recommend.
