  I can attest to the bike shop and the manager: Preston is fantastic (the other Preston seemed pretty cool too!) I came in, day before a big event, had a list of needs, wants, and wishes. I don't know how he did it, but he took care of all of it (for 2 road bikes) by the time I was done perusing the aisles. And he was manning the phone and helping customers. Just wow. So impressed. All my bikes will continue to go here because of this bike shop and frankly, this guy.

  I like REI. They're good quality, but they're expensive. My family & I are members, though, so we get a discount when we buy things. We get a lot of our coats & ski clothes from REI.

  I purchased a bike here in 2022. No issues until the last 6 months. I have repeatedly brought the bike in for shifting problems and the problem has not corrected. I have spoken to multiple bike techs about the issue and nothing has changed. I still have the same problem. In fact, during the latest visit, my 5th in as many months the tech came up with every excuse in the book to explain away the shifting issue from saying my $800 bike is entry level or the accessories are entry level and I shouldn't expect the bike to perform perfectly or that the problem is me - I have suddenly unlearned how to shift my bike. The bike worked perfectly for 3 1/2 years! I AM BEYOND ANGRY.
