- SCSean CrawfordSep 29, 20265.0Amazing shop! My son had a race nearby Sunday morning and his dropper post broke during the pre-ride the night before. We called Trek Gig Harbor and asked if there was any chance they could take a look. They said if we could get there anytime before they closed they would do there best. We showed up and Cole was expecting us and ready with the rack right out front. He proceeded to fully remove the post, pulled the cable and housing out, threw in a brand new cable and housing in less than 15 minutes all while showing us how to do it in the future. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. Super friendly service, great atmosphere with an awesome selection of bikes and gear. They also sponsor and lead local group rides multiple days a week and post trail conditions from the top spots all over the Puget Sound. I can't reccomend this place enough.

The shop also supports the local youth mtb racing league and local team which is extra rad of them. Give them your business. They always keep it real and provide great customer service. Thanks for getting my bike ready for more races on services I’m not comfortable doing myself.
