I brought an bike in to see if it could be serviced. I spoke with Tyke. He was extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. He proceeded to inspect the bike, and provide detailed advice on what he would recommend I do to maximize my dollar. I was amazed at the level of friendly, knowledgeable service he provided. I will be bringing in all my bikes to Trek for regular maintenance because of the level of service provided that day. As a business owner, I would not underestimate the power of such incredible service. Thank you Tyke!

Great products, I love my Domane. Staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. There's been a couple times now where they did me a solid and worked around my schedule, just so I could get an extra ride in before I left town. Definitely recommended.
